​2024年10月11Double Ninth Festival, Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine/The Geriatrics Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine (General Medicine Department, Geriatric disease Center 1 ward) held a free clinic activity in Guanghua Hospital District, aiming to care for the elderly and promote the trend of respecting the elderly。

Although the autumn rain is continuous and the weather is cold, the doctors and nurses of the first ward of the Geriatric Center still came to the activity site early, they brought not only professional knowledge, but also a deep concern for the elderly group。Doctors patiently and carefully receive every elderly person who comes to consult, answer their doubts with professional medical knowledge, and provide personalized diagnosis and treatment suggestions for their health status. Nurses are busy measuring patients' blood pressure, giving life guidance and promoting health knowledge。

The atmosphere at the scene was warm and orderly, and the elderly people were full of satisfied smiles on their faces, saying that such a free clinic activity made them feel warm and caring。

The Double Ninth Festival Geriatrics Department (general medicine department, geriatric disease center one ward) free clinic activity held to provide real help for the elderly, this is not only a medical public welfare activity, but also a warm social public welfare activity, I wish every elderly can enjoy a healthy old age!
